The Coordinated Entry Manager works with domestic violence homeless service providers within a 20 county Western Region of Pennsylvania to provide training and technical assistance regarding their coordinated entry system. Areas of focus include prioritization assessments for domestic violence survivors seeking supportive housing services, entry of assessment data, and the management of the data entry system, including regular assessment updates. The goal of this position is to help other domestic violence homeless service providers successfully house their clients using the coordinated entry (prioritization) system. The home office for this position is located in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania and requires regular travel, as needed. This position is responsible for representing the agency at local, regional, state and national housing meetings and keeping abreast of the policies and procedures that influence the coordinated entry and supportive housing process. Candidates must have demonstrated success in public speaking and networking, providing training technical assistance, problem-solving, and implementing process improvements. Prerequisites for the position includes a minimum of 2-3 years of management experience and previous experience in housing and homeless services.
